  4. Confirmation and Production: Once the deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation email. This marks the beginning of the production process. Our team will keep you updated on the progress and any significant milestones.

Completion and Shipping:

  • Project Completion: Once your custom piece is completed, we will notify you and provide final images or any other necessary documentation for your approval.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to delivery. Payment can be made through the agreed-upon methods outlined in our correspondence.
  • Shipping Arrangements: After the full payment has been received, we will proceed with shipping your custom piece. We use reputable shipping services to ensure your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition. You will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery date once the item has been dispatched.
